ED free and HD A 2, what a great result - one more reason for repeating the litter!!!!!!!!!!
The A-litter:
We are very happy that they all lead wonderful lives in their families and are active with their people. We have just received great news:
Ode to Joy To Lightness (Mr. Yellow aka Duke) has just passed the companion dog test at just 14 months old and is already showing very special skills with his nose - with his handler he is already very good at mantrailing in the rescue dog squad!
Ode to Joy Auf das Beste (Mr. Rosa aka Jonne) (see picture above) is also fully committed to rescue dog training with his handler and is currently learning how to report found people.
Ode to Joy Happy Luck (Mrs. Blue aka LiLu) is going through a very special training course, she is being trained as a beetle tracking dog and will help to identify pests in the forest at an early stage. She has just passed the suitability test for tracking according to the Hessian suitability test regulations!
Ode to Joy Auf das Schöne (Mrs. Red aka Zita) works very well in mantrailing and shows what an excellent nose she also has.
The A litter is developing splendidly! We were very happy that everyone came to our annual meeting - no matter how far they had to travel. It was so nice to see how the small gang had already grown into very impressive Curlys - still teenagers of course, but all of them are simply beautiful!
Our A-litter has exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with the development of the 7 dwarves!

Hurray 7 dwarves were born on April 5th!
Hurray! We are so happy! Momo is pregnant and we are expecting the A-litter in early April 2023!
The first litter with Momo is planned for spring 2023.
The timing of course also depends on her heat. We hope that she will be in heat in December 2022/January 2023.
We believe that a Curly is fully grown at 36 months and Momo turned three years old in August 2022. Now we can also assume that we have a reliable picture of our dog's health. The bitch is now fully mature.
In the meantime we have found the right male.
We met the breeders Maggie and Jerry Stephens and the male in England, Birmingham at the Crufts 2022.
